one note on the giants you need to to use ty program to for the giants to do three changes
one turn off the front numbers
two fix the number colors to black numbers and orange border color
three chage the helment bill color to black
these will make them appear as i have them
both are modern but are as close i as can get them to retro uniform they are to be.
as i said have fun,

american league unis to be used with tys programs
By DonSPa
Before i begin i need to thank ty because without his programs these files would not be possible.
THIS IS TO BE USED ONLY WITH TYS ROSTER EDITOR OR TYS UNIFORM TOOL ,WITHOUT ONE OF THESE PROGRAMS THEN THESE FILES WILL DO YOU
NO GOOD.
All these files are all of my modded RETRO AMERICAN LEAGUE TEAMS that are renamed for tys programs. All of these files should have the
correct batting helmets and undershirt colors. There are a couple unis that should have front numbers but couldnt use them
because the team global files would display them wrong
Unzip the files into the main 2k11 folder.None of these files will replace any originals
If u use tys (roster editor) which is easier because then u can update only the rosters u wanna update with the new unis.
Open tys editor and open the roster u wanna update.Click on the uniform tab.
Click on the import button and when the box opens, choose the american league text file to import it into ur roster
tys(uniform tool)CAUTION this will update all the rosters in the saves folder where all the roster files are kept at
so if u dont want to update all of ur roster files (if u have more than 1), then u may want to temporarily remove the ones u dont wanna update.
Put the american league text file into the uniform tools folder, then drag the file onto the
uniformtool.exe and follow the directions to install the updated uni files
Ive added tys uniformtool as he instructed us to add it if we use his tool to upload new unis
these are only my retro unis and not the 2011 updated unis
Also i had to seperate the american league and national league as there just inst enough open spots for both leagues together
u can just switch by using tys roster editor and load whichever set u wanna use at the moment and switch back again

Angels 1997 1998 UPDATED june 12
By DonSPa
First before u download and install anything, make sure u make a copy of the original files and put them in another folder.
I would like to suggest that u download a program called the generic mod enabler.U can get it from the following site...
http://www.users.on....ucts-jsgme.html.
This is a good way to keep ur original files in place and put the modded unis in a folder called MODS.U can make several subfolder
in here of the different modded uniforms from myself or anyone else that makes unis. Then run the enabler and enabler which
mods u wanna use at the moment. Then start the game up and u will be able to access the mods.If u want to go back to the originals just turn off the enabler.
If u dont want to use the enabler then u have to unzip the files and add them to the main 2k folder. And the files will replace the originals,so this is when
u will want to have a copy of the original somewhere else,in case u need to put the originals back in game.
This years unis are a lil harder because 2k made some changes. The names on the back are harder to do so most unis i do will either be from the original uni file or
the no names on the back.So Most unis i do will not be 100% correct
U may notice that the unis during daylight games may have a weird look. From what im told this is because of how 2k did their daylight shading.
so theres not much i can do about it unless someone figures a way to by pass this.
The following files are from the 1997 Angels and the 1998 alternate Angels
UPDATED June 12th 2011 fixed the 2 tone shadows that occured in day games on modded jerseys,U should now see normal shadowing.
also on both files i changed logos on the batting helmets. If u want correct colors for tshirts and batting helmets u will need tys roster editor and manuelly change them with it

With the negro league unis i am very limited on what the unis actually look like esprcially the pants. The tops are not too hard
but to actually find pics of the whole unis are very hard to come by at least in color. So most will not be 100% accurate but
should be very close
This is the final installment of the negor league unis.I wanted to have all teams have at least least 1 uni.I wanted
to use the SD tigers but had no info on the unis or any pics and since Boston allready had the bees
I chose the Memphis Redsox for SD, and i know there was no team for the Diamondbacks and the only
team i had left was the detroit wolves. There were so many teams i wanted but just didnt have enough info so hope
u have enjoyed what i did bring. To me unis are very enjoyable and so much history and some are quite unique.

the following files are from the Philadelphia Stars and the Zulu Cannibals Giants.
here is a little history on the Zulu team. The jersey was actually a jacket from the team that i made into a jersey.
ZUlu Cannibals Giants History:
The Zulu Cannibal Giants were an African American baseball team (they referred to themselves as a Baseball "Zulu Tribe",
based on a concept inspired by the war in Ethiopia) formed in 1938 by Charlie Henry in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Zulu Cannibal Giants gained notoriety for their propensity to turn a baseball game into a comedy performance,
much in the same way that the Harlem Globetrotters did with basketball many years later. The Zulu Cannibal Giants
decorated their faces and bodies with African tribal paint, went shirtless, wore only grass skirts, used special
custom-made baseball bats crafted to supposedly resemble Ethiopian war clubs, and always played barefoot.
Although the team was extremely popular with the public, some black athletes disapproved of the Cannibals because
of the stereotype.
At some point in their career they were managed by New York promoter Syd Pollock, who also managed a similar
novelty team called the Indianapolis Clowns (also known as the Cincinnati Clowns, and the Ethiopian Clowns).
Popularly regarded as a Negro League team, they technically were not accepted members of the formal league.
Even though the cannibal Giants actually didnt use jerseys,i found a jacket they wore which was my inspiration to
make a uniform as a tribute to the team. These were players who played the game for fun and made it fun for others and not for money like most of todays games are

u can get the enabler here http://www.users.on....ucts-jsgme.html
If u dont want to use the enabler then u have to unzip the files and add them to the main 2k folder. And the files will replace the originals,so this is when
u will want to have a copy of the original somewhere else,in case u need to put the originals back in game.
U may notice that the unis during daylight games may have a weird look. From what im told this is because of how 2k did their daylight shading.
so theres not much i can do about it unless someone figures a way to by pass this.
With the negro league unis i am very limited on what the unis actually look like esprcially the pants. The tops are not too hard
but to actually find pics of the whole unis are very hard to come by at least in color. So most will not be 100% accurate but
should be very close
the following files are from the Kansas City Monarchs,Milwaukee Bears and the New York Cubans.
UPDATED June 17th fixed the shadow problem with modded jerseys also changed logos on all the batting helmets to match the unis
