Due to the horrific terrorist strike on September 11, 2001, all Major League teams will be wearing American Flags on the backs of their jerseys for the remainder of the year. To install the files into the game, you first need to get the original uniform updates, which can be found at http://baseballsimcentral.com/at/ Once you have these installed, just replace the new jersey files over the existing ones, and repack the files as you would normally do.
