WF2K - 2019 Opening Day Roster 1.2.0

It just doesn´t working for me I don´t know if I need .iff document instead .ros

Really well done. Do you happen to have a version with ONLY 25 men active on each team? The way I play my season, I like leaving each team with only 25 before Spring Training.

Is the new roster going ?

Just wanted to say, I took this roster into the editor to make every team have exactly 25 men on each MLB roster (to avoid having changes happen to my lineups after Spring Training) and the game now crashes during franchise games. Straight to the desktop, no freezing.

Thats a problem on your end with the roster editor. All changes I made had to be done in game, otherwise theres a bug. Its due to the large size of created players as the modes only support the base 2012 guys. Id suggest making those chaned in game and not in an editor.

You would put the .ros file into your C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\Major League Baseball 2K12\Saves folder and then load it in game.

 

@TheWolfof2K not to be a bother but I came across an interesting issue. I created a custom player within your roster as a SP and used the roster in franchise mode and the created player doesn't track any stats. I've got REDitor II if you have any suggestion on how to fix my custom player so he tracks stats properly. Thanks again for all the work.  

Hey sorry for the late response. Honestly I wouldnt know how to handle that error, if you create the player in game rather then the editor it may work? I know everytime i make any moves with an editor it crashes, was like that with the base roster I used to create this one. Wish i could help more.

Actually I started in the editor and then started again doing it only in-game. The editor actually made it harder. All I was doing was knocking each team down to 25 men so that I could have the teams not realign themselves after Spring Training. But I did do all those moves and the crashes to the desktop happened anyway.

Is there anything else other than doing changes in-game that matters? A certain number of pitchers, hitters, players on minor league affiliates, etc?

Ohtani isn't pitching this year, after shoulder surgery. He's just pitch hitting and playing DH.

Correct, I've been busy but originally when the roster was released he had Ohtani in the starting rotation. Easy enough to fix by the end user but wanted to bring it up none the less.  

@TheWolfof2K I did create him in game, I'll take another look at it when I get the time, thanks for the updated portraits

I'm kinda new to all this...where would I put the portrait files?

UPDATE: Figured it out.

There are quite a few retired players, some over 40 years old, in the free agents bin. That pretty much prevented me from using this roster at all. 🙄

same thing happened to me, I spent 2 hours editing player ratings only to find a bunch of retired players I can't get rid of. tried deleting them only to corrupt the roster, does anyone have a workaround for this?
