Inspired by Ace152’s MVP 1987 1.0 rosters, and after figuring out how to load in rosters, portraits, stadiums, music, background and stadium select screens, I have created a functioning version of what could reasonably be called MVP Total Classics 1987 Version 1.0.

- Divisions are broken down as follows:

AL East (Yankees, Blue Jays, Red Sox, Orioles, Tigers)
AL Central (Indians, Royals, White Sox, Brewers)
AL West (Twins, Athletics, Rangers, Mariners, Angels)
NL East (Mets, Phillies, Expos, Cardinals)
NL Central (Pirates, Cubs, Astros, Reds)
NL West (Braves, Dodgers, Giants, Padres)

- The mod includes a 1987 MLB schedule and the most period-specific 1987 versions of each of the then-MLB 26 stadiums that have been made available by the various MVP 2005 modders.  Numerous classic stadiums and stadium select screens are also included.  I will say that  I have experienced crashing issues with Parc Labatt and Braves Field.

- I used tebjr’s Total Classics 1988 uniforms and uniform select screens, since there were very minimal uniform changes in MLB between 1987 and 1988. 

- None of the audio is accurate - the players are called out as players from the original 2005 version by the announcers. Also, there are no cyberfaces, and the Manny Ramirez ‘flash’ that pops up when you first enter the game is there.  These are all corrections that I need to make before I could consider this a final, fully corrected version of MVP Total Classics 1987.
