it's not really mod, only roster update, it's just that easier. I will evaluate just the some update sometimes, I don’t want to bother with the name.

I make updates through the game itself, load roster page, not through save editors. If I send you a database, it will be standard in terms of the composition of the commands, without all the transactions

When I download it its a .sav file but I need a .psu or .max file unless there is a different way I don't know about

You can't.  pcsx2 emulates PS2.  This is for PC version.  Not compatible.

 You're kidding, right?

You need a copy of Mvp 2005 and you can usually get it on eBay or Amazon. Then you install it and you can play many multiple season mods on it.

PCSX2 is an emulator for the PS2, therefore it works on a PC.  Otherwise, you play on a PC using the PC version via installing using the discs you purchase.  You'll have to search the rest.

the roster is excellent, but in franchise mode the game closes

To be honest, I put the roster on the mvp 20, and nothing breaks for me. maybe a schedule from there will do, but I don't know if it can be installed as a separate file
