MVP 2005 Owner Mode Overhaul////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Objective:

**I have attempted to completely revamp (text-wise) Owner Mode. What follows are the results of this work in progress (only in that i plan to tweak more). It is about 3/4 done, and I know some typos are present or that something is loathable, but its in good shape so far.**
1.) Owner Mode becomes General Manager Mode. Yes, in text-only. Get the theme?
2.) Many menu options have been changed to better fit the theme or to reflect upon their function a little more succinctly. I have added Designate for Assignment, which is essentially trading block with some additional text. For it to work, you basically have to play along. I have added a few other things.
3.) I rewrote all the scouting reports entirely (200+... I think). However, to best utilize the resulting reports, I had to maintain the general idea. In other words, if the blurb said anything negative about his ability to locate his slider, I had to as well. I went off the wall on some of them, you might not get the humor, but they serve the purpose i wanted to emphasize: these players needed personality and i tried to give it to them. Unfortunately, EA still tends to distribute the 200+ scouting reports stingily. I also rewrote every players playing time comments. I tried once before to rewrite contract comments
but the default space before the comment disappears. This tends to crowd the name and the start of the contract comments together. The only way I have found to get around it is to underline once. I didn't really like that. I have also changed free agent signees and the likes comments. Overall, alot has been changed.
4. ALOT of other tweaks. I have basically overhauled all the text in Owner Mode. The options, and such, remain the same. You would basically have to reprogram the game (a-la KSM) to make the

Installation:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Backup your (front end) FEENG.LOC AND (in game) IGENG.LOC files in your C://Program Files/EA Sports/MVP Baseball 2005/data folder by
right-clicking/copying each of them (or change their name). If you
do not like this upgrade simply find these backups and overwrite my update**
1.) Extract the FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC in this folder to your C://Program Files/EA Sports/MVP Baseball 2005/data and overwrite the originals after you have backed them up (see above).
2.) Start the game and enter G.M. Mode
