MVPedit 2006.2

Is this good for MVP '03?

Can we get some information about exactly what this program allows us to edit (and what else it might do)? It would be nice to have that information BEFORE downloading and running the program. It seems to me that this information would be much more valuable than the number of views or downloads listed above.

The file will not allow me to download it. What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to install MVPEdit on my new computer with Windows 7. I did a clean install and when I try to run the program I get this error:

Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

ANyone know what's wrong?

I am having the same issue as jaxen. Anyone know what the problem is?

Google for the missing file and add it to the specified Windows folder

Is it possible to obtain the older version of MVPedit anywhere? I don't know how to add a new player and do stats in this version of MVPedit.

yup, I've got the same problem as jaxen and philly, and totte's suggested fix doesn't work

Fixed it! Here's what you need to do:

download these files:

MSCOMCTL.OCX

COMDLG32.OCX

from this site:

http://www.ocxdump.com

If you're running windows 7 64 bit like me, then you need to drop these files into this folder:

Windows\SysWOW64

otherwise they go here

Windows\system32

you may need to run registry on the files that you drop in there, but I didn't have to. Cheers!

I am running Windows 7 64bit and keep getting the following error when I try to export..."The file hist.dat is read-only and cannot be overwritten. Export halted." Anyone encounter the same problem and if so, have you found a solution? Thanks in advance.

It's doing the same for me. I have Windows 7, 32bit.

cuando lo intalo me da error k lo registre

I added the two files but it still is coming up with a error message. Any suggestions?

I have Windows 7 32bit and I downloaded both ocx files. It still did not work. I changed the compatibility mode to XP SP2 from XP SP3 and that did the trick. Hope this helps someone who is still having this issue.

I've got the same problem as only roster arrangement doesn't work,Appearance(exm.stance) & Pitchng are

I could sometimes fix.

I am trying to re-download this and I keep getting an error. Same computer, same windows I have been running for years. Help?
