Instructions:
** Always make backups of your files in case something goes wrong or you don't like the mod! **
Extract the .rar file for the team that you wish to use as your start up screen.
Copy the titlepage.iff file to your MLB 2K9 directory, usually found at C:\Games\2K Sports\MLB 2K9, and overwrite the previous file.
Teams: Astros, Angels (& CA), Cardinals, Cubs, Giants, Mariners, Pirates, Reds (2), Diamondbacks, Rockies, Red Sox, Tigers, White Sox
