Noticed this mentioned under install instructions for uniforms but didn't see it under Tools for 2K9 or 2K10 so figured I'd put it up.

This tool is useful for NBA 2K10 and MLB 2K10

Written in Java this tool allows you to edit NBA 2K10 and MLB 2K10 files ( import / export textures )
