JUST UNCOMPRESS AND OVERWRITE THE FILES IN YOU 2K12 INSTALL DIRECTORY

ATTENTION: I do not know who the fake "Harvey Randa" of the Pirates is so he has no portrait. Please message me if you know.

You can use ty's editor to change the fake player names. Fakes I am aware of are: Jeff Encarnancion-->Jake Elmore, Rajai Boone-->Rob Brantly, Doug Ryan-->Darin Ruf, Stan Little-->Steven Lerud, Billy Harper-->Brock Holt, Alex Grilli-->Avisail Garcia, Mel Carter-->Matt Carson, Larry Harrell-->L.J. Hoes, Mike Morrow-->Melky Mesa, Nathan Moore-->Nick Maronde, Alex Thompson-->Andrew Taylor, Merkin Smith-->Mickey Storey, Robinson Olivo-->Rudy Owens, Doug Smith-->Dan Straily, Jerry Hill-->Jim Henderson, Peter Riley-->Paco Rodriguez, Yar Phillips-->Yusmeiro Petit, Chris Miller-->Collin McHugh, Carson Grilli-->Christian Garcia, Alberto White-->Andrew Werner, Trent Long-->Tom Layne, Billy Miller-->Bryan Morris, Kip Mather-->Kyle McPherson, Jeff White-->Justin Wilson, Terry Chambers-->Tony Cingrani.

Since so many changes I included a 2K roster file with the updated names.

*A few of these were hard to come by high res photos so pics are the best I can do for the time being.

Mega Portrait Pack 2K12 for latest 2K roster. Every player should have correct portrait for MLB rosters. I will update throughout the season as the rosters are updated as I did last year. Currently there are 1319 portraits in the pack. If I missed anyone or there are any requests please message me under this topic in the forums.

I use the default portrait iff and cdf files that are present in the install directory when you install the game that everyone has. You leave the Mega Pack compressed and TIT installs the dds files/photos into the portrait.iff in the default install directory. In the tutorial I extracted the iff out of the install directory onto the desktop because I needed to decompresss it first with Mod Tool and Windows security won't let you do that from the default location. Once the iff was decompressed I placed it right back into the 2K install directory. After that you just run TIT and select the .7z file and let it work its magic.

Hi, I have Win7 64bit so i cannot use nba mod tool even with the latest version of java installed.... Does someone have an idea how to make it work?

i wish you left it unchanged because before i could pick from the folder which portrait to install since not all portraits match with BSU-FAN'S NoFakeNames roster

I have a separate pack for the nofakesroster. If that doesn't work PM me. I can send you the file the other way. That's no big deal.

wudl83 did you have an issue with decompressing the iff. Usually that's the reason the portraits disappear.

I don't think it was an issue that was caused by your file. I think my Windows broke down for a moment and this caused the problem. I copied the original iff from the cd and then tried to install your pack again - then it worked without problems.

What portriat number is Harper? Also do you have Aldrelton Simmons and what number is his? I have already created them for my season and I can use Ty roster editor to get the correct pictures for them.

Sir, is Manny Machado's portrait in this? It appears not, but I thought perhaps I had the wrong portrait number on my roster. No matter what, I really want to thank you for your hard work on this.
