The initial release removes the pitching cursor along with yellow "ball movement" arrows. Gives it a shot, makes the gameplay more natural especially if you have a force feedback control that lets you know when you are around the edge of the strike zone.

You guys must be waaaaay better than me. I couldn't play the game without all those things you've taken out.

An absolute must in my opinion.Have been removing the ball cursor since 09 now no arrows good deal.I remove the landing circle totally,makes fielding an adventure at first but after getting used to it much more fun then knowing exactly where the ball will be.

Would LOVE a variation of this mod with ball cursor and arrow still included. I have been hugely annoyed with the B3 and B5 button crud. Had no idea it could be fixed!

If you could post a modified mod, or instruct me how to make the changes myself, I'd greatly appreciated it!

Kev, I can upload this version as well. Getting the ball cursor back in is just a matter of importing the .dds back into the original slot (I will get you the slot # this evening) but the arrows and replay circle are actually 3d models.

Thanks a lot for this pena! V3 is perfect for me. The best fix is putting 360 buttons in instead of "B3"...I HATED that.

Hey can you make a v5 where it includes no fielding arrows but includes pitching stuff?

thanks for the great work you have done on this! ,Was wondering if you can make one of these that removes the red arrow showing where the ball is being thrown to and the little square that the shows when picking a spot to throw the ball when pitching

Hey Pena!! I was wondering if its possible to be able to use the RIGHT ANALOG STICK for pitching still? Is the option in the game or is it because of the mod? I copied the original 2k file from my disc and it still the same using the buttons... Thanks for your work!!!

First, thank you for the excellent mod! Is there any way to remove the strike zone window without removing the batter's eye graphics that indicate where a pitch is going to be thrown? I love playing without the strike zone, but not having a batter's eye kinda defeats the purpose of acquiring batters with a good eye.
