You should back up the four files that get modified:

/data/audio/spch_pbp/pnamehdr.big (acd .hdr files)
/data/audio/cd/spch_pa/pnamedat.big (PA .dat files)
/data/audio/spch_pa/pnamehdr.big (PA .hdr files)
