Here is a cyberface pack for the 2015 Toronto Blue Jays. I give credit to Devlin for using  a few of his head models as the base for Norris, Colabello, Sanchez, and Delabar.

This is a newer version that has unedited 2K head models that I have used for Norris, Colabello, Sanchez, and Delabar.
