U need to patch the game to version 1.2 to fix the freeze.  The patch is in the download section.

Why do the umpires uniforms flicker?

Dude what a job !!! Total transformation, I bet that took some patience, it's appreciated.

For guys that can't figure out. Open 7z program, in the open window that's there find the files you downloaded. Now select [highlight] all the uniform files 001 & 002 then just go up top and hit extract. Do same for stadiums, 001, 002, 003, 004, 005 don't select all 7z's at once just do each subject separate. I hope I helped a little.

Does the roster update also change the ages of the players? I am asking for the Franchise and Career modes because having players like Carlos Correa who would be 18 or younger in 2012 is a little weird on an MLB roster.

Does the 2k15  Roster replace the roster I customized in Franchise mode?

How do I activate or add the roster to actual game. This is frustrating.

i've downloaded all the files of mlb2k15 mod into the main directory of the game (from c:\programfiles (x86)\2k12) and extracted them with the 7zip extract it here option, and extracted the roster to the c:\users\appdata\roaming\mlb2k12\roaming directory and tried running the game.  it just ran the normal 2k12 game with the old rosters.  i then did the above but put all of the files but the rosters in the c:\users\appdata\roaming\mlb2k12 directory and tried again.  same results.  the files are extracting fine, so the archive problem is present as someone else mentioned.  in the game, i loaded the rosmax.ros which is dated april 2018, but in the game, it still shows, as an example, it still shows ian kinsler as a texas ranger.

So, I have an issue where the game completely freezes when looking through rosters and trying to create my player... Yes, I have the patch installed. Can somebody please help me?

I have MLB 2K9 patched. Does anyone know if any of these mods work with that version of the game or does it have to be at least MLB 2K12?

What is the purpose of this file?  To recreate the 2015 season?  I mean the rosters are outdated correct? Not trying to be a cynic, just asking a valid question.
