Roster Actualizados 2.3

Looks pretty solid to me, and I was able to sim through a couple of seasons without a crash, which is a big deal.

I know there is an annoyance at there not being an english translation, but this roster deserves a lot of credit.

Is it really that hard to put this in both spanish and english?  If he took the time to make sure, the roster was correct, he could add a changelog or read-me in english.
