This means the rosters are not compatible witrh franchise mode.  Usually this means the scheduling is duplicated or invalid rosters on one of the teams.  There are a lot of factors in modding an odler game so it happens.

I have before, for me it was because I had created an extra player. Once I got rid of it, I was fine

this one crash in franchise mode yes or no why upload something that is not going to work
