JoeRudi26 Posted November 27, 2009 Share Posted November 27, 2009 Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this, or if it possibly has something to do with the colors on my monitor. While playing my season earlier this year with the A's, I played in Kauffman a couple of times and noticed the infield dirt had a pinkish tint, so I when I tried adjusting the colors, I could get the dirt to come out decent, but then everything else was off. I eventually gave up and just played my series and moved on. Earlier this week I decided to start a season with the Royals and really had forgotten about the whole infield dirt situation. This time, I went ahead and tried out the night version of the stadium and the dirt was perfect. Kauffman Night Version Kauffman Day Version Like I said, I can't remember seeing anyone else comment about this, and was just wondering if it was somehow just a color/monitor issue of my own. It looks great, can't say I've seen the grass look as good in any other stadium. Or am I just seeing things? Obviously the pattern is different, I was just wondering about the color. Are you replaying the 2009 season and making the transaction changes as and when it happened in real life? Just curious since, you focus on making trades only if it happened in real life. Nah, I just started with Opening Day Rosters and probably won't make any transactions. As a matter of fact, I just don't have baseball out of my system quite yet.
