jpinard
Is it possible to play without hot zones? and still have a statistically accurate game?
19nazzy
Turn them off and it'll still be the same
jpinard
What do you mean by that? DOes that mean if I turn them off, they'll still be active? Is there a way to simply make EVERYONE neutral (all white)?
five
If you don't want to SEE them, you can turn them off in game options or video options. If you want them to be all white, you can probably use MVPEdit, but that was mess up all of the players power and contact numbers.
jpinard
Oh, so I should probably just leave them on huh?
Dead_Monkey_Z
If you want to get rid of them all together you'd have to use MVPedit and change every players hitting zone. Something like that would take a looooooong time to do. My advice, just turn them off in the option menu. Atleast then you won't see 'em on screen. dero
I wouldnt recommend playing with out hot zones if you pitch in someones hot zone Consistently, they will get many hits possibly lots of homers too, but its up to you
19nazzy
I don't find it to be a difference. I pitch lots of times in their hots zones and they don't seem to hit it.
Guest Deznuts
Well, at least it's a bit more realistic without the Hot/Cold zones. A real life pitcher doesn't see red and blue squares in a hitter's strike zone. ;)
dero
actually in a way they do see it, a scoutting report isnt just on a pitcher they have them for hitters too so in a way they do see them/know where they are, maybe not for every batter but trust me they have a good idea on where not to pitch and where to pitch to a batter ------------ secondly if you cant tell a difference when pitching in someones hotzone you must play on rookie or pro mode
