Just tell me what stadium(s) I am allowed to update. Thanks! smitty2279 Posted May 7, 2005 Share Posted May 7, 2005 No offense to some of the mods, but some of the stadiums needed further changes other than just ads. Wrigley is missing the new (2004) section of seats behind home plate and the ad board that sits in front of it. I'm not sure why the section was left out because Trues did a great job on it last year. And I am still working on the TED mod but I want to be able to start on Total Stadium Updates V. 1.0 as soon as I'm finished. Now can we please just stick to permissions? Thank you. HaloFan Posted May 8, 2005 Share Posted May 8, 2005 I don't think you're going to get too many takers on this, if any. There isn't a real logic to a Total Stadiums like there is for uniforms and portraits. Mods like that share many things, like size, and techniques, etc. There's a consistency within the mods that allow for this kind of grouping. The whole point of stadiums is that they are all different. What one stadium needs isn't what another stadium does. Some need extensive OEdit work, while some only really need a simple replacement of ads. Some need both, and some need more than what is possible. Beyond that, you're asking to take someone's hard work, and tweak it with very minor changes (and yes, putting a 2005 ad in where a 2004 ad currently sits is what I would consider minor), and put it under your banner. Even if you give credit, which I'm sure you would, it's still something that most modders would have a problem with. Keep modding by all means, but worry about your own stadiums before you try and fix somebody else's. But I went to PNC this year and I saw so many things missing (no offense to Pirate; we talked about this, though) and I thought, "Hey I should update that." Oh well I gave it a try.
