Roster Sets

I searched and didn't find an open topic discussing this - if I missed it I apologize and can someone direct me to it.

My query is: what's the difference between the upcoming "Real Baseball System" and the upcoming "Ultimate Roster"? From what I gather both of them will be released in the near future and both seem to have hella amounts of time and group effort going into them. I understand that the lead creator of the "Real Baseball System" is trying to do it with no fake players - is this true of the "Ultimate Roster"?

I think it's obvious that both should be highly commended for the long hours that have gone/are going into them...but you can only download one. Which one will it be?
