SFGiants061
I need some input from you guys. Here's the situation. I am playing my dynasty with the San Jose Giants of the California League because I work for the team and I am familiar with the players. So I edited the teams of the league and made the big prospects better players. Started my dynasty and played the first two games against Stockton no problem. However, two games into the season there was an injury on a random AA team which caused the computer to auto-fix all rosters causing California LEague prospects to jump up to AA or AAA ball and I can't get them back down. Any ideas....I thought about turning injuries off but then suspensions may still get in the way and I would like to have injuries on. Thanks guys. Jitter
not sure about dynasty mode, but in owner mode you can choose to fix rosters manually. Also there should be a rosters section somewhere on your team management screen where you can call up/send down players.

As far as I know, guys should never get sent to a level where you can't get them back. However, maybe what happened is that the day's games hadn't all simmed, and since it was the middle of a day's play, you couldn't move players between levels. Just a guess. sfgiantsflgators
i think he means prospects on all teams got sent up - not just the ones on the giants. if thats the case then there is nothing you can do - the computer controls everything but what is tied in with your team. i believe it happens no matter what - i think once the season starts then the computer does what it wants, when it wants to do it...unless turning everything off works - all injuries, suspensions, CPU trades, etc. - but im not sure on that one... You're right--I just reread his first post. You could minimize that happening by turning off what causes most player movement--trades and injuries. Suspensions, too, even though they're rare. Here's a way to test this without wasting a bunch of your time. Just start a new Dynasty and make a few notes on which players are in A ball. Then turn off injuries, trades, and suspensions. Sim the entire season. When the A season is over, check the rosters. I'd be willing to bet that most of the original rosters will be intact. If not, then I don't know what else you could even try.
