RonBurgundy Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 Thing is like in mvp 2004 when you create a pitcher that is perfect in every stats controls,movement etc. when you simulate the whole season he tends to strikeout like 300 times but in mvp 2005 you get like 203 even lower that sucks Yeah, I noticed that too. I simmed two years of dynasty, and only once did any pitcher get more than 200 Ks, it was Mark Prior with 209. Other than that, not a single other pitcher even had close to a K per inning. Too bad I suck at hitting in the game, but I can pitch. Something "weird" was when I had Darren Oliver pitch 6 2/3 perfect innings, but I took him out because his stamina was at 44%. Lets just say I wound up losing. Not too weird but remarkable. I have yet to pitch a no-hitter with a pitcher not named Kevin Brown. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gudraves Posted May 24, 2005 Author Share Posted May 24, 2005 I dont know how I overlooked this but I was comparing stats from last season and I noticed that Ichiro missed 200 hits by 1 freakin hit and then I noticed why...HE LED THE MAJORS IN WALKS! Yes, Ichiro does get walked alot because of his patience but I didnt think I would ever see the day when he would led the league, granted its a video game but ya know what I mean.
