miles44
I found in the "EDIT PLAYER" portion of the ROSTERS, there is a "Batter's Tendencies" section which lists Fastball, Curve and Slider pitches and gives a number for times when a batter will swing or take against right and left handed pitchers. My question is: Does this number mean he will take/swing that % times? Let's say he has a 90 in the RHP-FASTBALL-TAKE. Will he take that pitch 90% of the time? Any explanations here? angryrat
i think it is percentages. if you have MISS% at 0, he will make contact all the time with the pitch, whereas if you have MISS% at 50, your going to see him whiff alot more.... Im going based off of when I create guys, I look at real players numbers to help determine what I should use..... example, "(Steroid) Slammin'" Sammy Sosa is going to chase that god damn slider and curve alot more than a guy like Ichiro... Sosa 60, 0, 75.... versus Ichiro 10, 0,
