You should make sure to read the readme.txt files that come with each mod. They explain what files need to be where for the program to run properly.

Many recent mods don't come with gfxpak because I think it's assumed that everyone has it by now.

The easiest way to solve this problem is to put gfxpak in your C:WINDOWS folder, that way it's in the 'path' and it can be accessed from anywhere when needed.

Here are a few things that might be wrong:

You haven't unzipped it the correct folder.

You haven't unzipped it completely.

You don't have gfxpak in the folder.

You don't have nfshtool in the folder.

You are using WinME.

These are just some thoughts off the top of my head.

Most problems relating to my bat mod were a result of one of those things.
