need help with creating xbox rosters

i just posted this over on mvplanet, but i think i should have posted over here first. so i'm just re-posting the same info.

hey, i was wondering if anyone can help me.

i've downloaded the excellent pc ultimate roster at mvpmods. what they did was unbelievable. one thing though, and i would never complain to the people who made this roster set; is that alot of the mlb players have not been re-rated. instead of being one of those annoying people who complain on their lazy butt so someone else can make their game better; i actually want to go ahead and re-rate many factory ratings. it would be hard to redo pitchers/defensive players, i don't watch enough baseball to know how well a pitcher controls a certain pitch or how well def players field. on the other hand, offense shouldn't be that hard. i'm gonna go through and get avg's, hr's, sb's, etc. as close as possible(keeping in mind that players could be on hot/cold streaks).

one MAJOR problem that i have though, is that my xbox is not modded. i have no way of converting mvpedit files to the xbox. i suppose i could use the in-game editor, but that would take forever and a day lol. also, i heard that contracts get messed up in the in-game editor. so is there anyone who could take the files and convert them into an AR save? you can post them anywhere, i wouldn't mind. you could even take credit for it if you want(as long as you also give credit to the og roster creators). i don't care if anyone doesn't know that i made it, as long as i have a roster that i'll be happy playing with.

also, maybe there are a few people who would like to help? specifically anyone who knows alot about mlb pitchers or defense. i know a few pitchers off the top of my head that need to be upped in ratings(willis, garland, bedard, d.cabrera); but i'm not sure what to change as far as control is concerned. i know the og creators edited pitch types and velocity/movement. but maybe slight changes in velocity(if needed) and major changes in control are needed to make these pitchers better(or worse), especially in dynasty/owner mode. i want to look at the stats and see willis with a sub 2.00 era.

anyways, i'm just rambling now. is there anyone who can help me? i don't want to start on this until i know that i can definitely get this converted.
