how do u work your all-star rotation

You can't change the rotation, but you can change the starter, scroll down the roster where you will see all the pitchers.

I try to do it like they do in real life, let every player play. I'll let my starter go 2 innings (3 tops) and so on. I'll let my starting players in the field go for 5 innings and then I'll replace them.

I played the All-Star game once, and I played everyone, I was pissed though that the CPU didn't swap out and used their 9 starters the whole game. I was the AL and ended up winning 4-2.
