MVPEdit Scale Question

I downloaded gforce Totalprospectcreator and i was just wondering how the 1-15 scale corresponds to the 1-100 scale. For example, bunting is said to be 31 and stealing aggressivness at 26. How would i enter that into the MVPEdit scaling system?
