scott10301
I've got the stuttering baseball problem. I've got a fairly high end computer, (512 mb RAM, 2.7 GHz Intel processor, WinFast 128mb vid card) and everything looks fine except for the baseball looks like three baseballs when in flight. I've tried lowering my monitor's refresh rate to 60, and that fixes the problem, the baseball animations look silky smooth. Problem is I can't make it past the 4th inning because my eyballs are burned out and I have a friggin headache from the horrible flicker at such a low refresh rate. I've applied patch 2. This problem exists at anything higher than 800X600. Is there any way to play this game at a higher resolution without having to compromise the refresh rate? JaFFiTh
I leave it at 800x600, i think it looks pretty damn good with details at high..i'm satisfied..i know higher resoultion would be better but looks good enough for me.
Dodger_Fan
Are you by chance using a no cd patch? I read on another board that someone was using one and it caused the types of problems you describe. When he turned it off, the graphics were fine.
colt4523
I have the same problem. I even play at 60 hertz and that only helps a little. This was definitely smoother on the ps2. If someone has any idea on how to fix this, please let us know geforcefx 5900nu 2500 barton 1 gig of ram
