The audio is terrific. My only qualm would be the pronounciation of Robinson Cano's name. Make you could use a snippet of Frank Menechino (where the "no" is said like the ending in Cano).

Well actually I made the "Cano" audio using the start of "Khalil" and the end of "Zambrano" - I don't know if "Menechino" will sound different or better than "Zambrano" but I'll give it a go anyway.

If thats the case, it will probably sound the same. But thanks for giving it a try. If u can find a way to make the "no" sound more stretched out, it will sound exactly like Cano.

Do you think its possible to do a Chad Billingsley?

I was thinking "Cha" from Machado + "Ad" from Adkins to make "Chad"

"B" from Baez + "Ill" from Aaron Hill + "ing" from Boehringer or Helling + "sley" from Damion Easley or Grimsley or Tankersley

Sounds like alot of work but it should add up to Billingsley.

Was there any luck on that Cole Hamels prototype? I know you said you werent satisfied but im sure alot of us would love to hear it in the game.

Great work Hory, this game really wouldnt be the same without your total portraits and total audio.

Do 05 audio files work with 04?

Would the person doing all this be willing to uplaod his audio file?

If I downloaded these as is, would my 04 crash?

What program opens these files, the one in the game, the big one?

How can I put them in one at a time?

What are you using to view the audio files, and what are you doing to add them.

Please respond......

I have been messing around with sndview and I know nothing.

I used some program to view all the audio in nba live once, I can't find the thing.

Please someone respond.

even ... Who knows and who cares, is better than nothing.

Was reading in the game of the year posts that many have access to MLB Extra Innings...with our friendly old announcers doing audio in real life for the Giants, would it be possible to rip, normalize and filter some of the audio from these games for use in MVP?

Well, I know it would be possible. What I'm asking is 1. Would it sound good, and 2. Would anyone be willing to do it?

Just uploaded a small update to Total Audio -

Only changes are for 10 or so players that have had their id number changed in Total Portraits/Ultimate Rosters recently and a better sounding 'Zach Duke' (thanks to Veesmack)

I'll add more audio to this mod closer to opening day...

- I just played a game against the Marlins and oddly I didn't hear any audio for Jason Vargas. Can't you whip up a 'Jason' (from Jason Isringhausen) and a 'Vargas' (from Claudio Vargas) and make a new audio file?

- Here's one I noticed a while ago and forgot to comment on. The pronounciation of "Rakers" (Aaron Rakers) may be wrong. The announcers in this video pronounce the last name "Rockers": http://baltimore.orioles.mlb.com/NASApp/ml...layer_id=433258

This is mostly a judgement call due to the fact that this was Texas' announcers, not Baltimore's. But, would it be more logical to just say "Rakers" and not "Rockers"? Possibly Aaron told the announcers how to pronounce it before the game. Anyway, it'd be easy to change it to "Rockers". Just find some "Aaron" (Aaron Boone) take "Rocker" (John Rocker, he was in 2004 I know), and find some "s" (Barry Bonds). Should be easy if you have time to do it.

Otherwise, great mod! Awesome to hear the announcers say all of these names in the game.
