How do you find the "zone"?

You know that when you field a fly ball. There is a spot in the circle when the fielder have the glove straight up. How do you find that spot since that make the throw to infield a lot stronger.

do you mean like so you can get a good throw for a play at the plate?

if so, lineup say, 5 steps behind the circle, and then run in as the ball is coming down so that the fielder doesnt stop and start the throw.

of course you need to have played this enough to know when to get in the circle.
