Hollywood70
I got a KVM switch to link my desktop and my laptop to a common monitor, mouse and keyboard. Since hooking it up, I now get an error on my monitor that says "Sync Out of Range" whenever I attempt to start up a game of MVP 05. It seems to me that I've heard of this at sometime in the past. Does anyone know how to fix it? I hope that I don't have to unhook my monitor, etc, every time I want to play a game.
Hollywood70
Thanks to anyone who gave this consideration... But I've figured out a solution. I lowered my in-game resolution to 1020x768, and I am now able to play again. Apparently my switch doesn't support resolutions higher than that. My game doesn't look as pretty now, and some of the choppiness is back, but at least I can once again play.
Jitter
It could also be that you had your refresh rate set too high at that resolution. If you want to play at 1280x1024 try to make sure your refresh rate is set at 60 for that resoltion. I am not sure how that switch thing works so you could be right that 1024 is the highest you can go.
