samoggi
Can't get it to work. Keeps giving me errors. I got it from this link http://www.glass4.com/MVPedit/ Any suggestions?
MaddiesDaddy
perhaps explaining what the errors are would help....can't help you if you don't help us by providing some more info... OR...a better idea would be to first... use the search function in the forums and see if someone had the same problem as you are having currently...perhaps they found or had a fix provided to them

It wont start. It says, "Component TABCTL32.OCX or one of it's dependencies is not correctly registered : a file missing or invalid" I even tryed to install the patch, no luck. It's also called the Forum search button. Plug that component name our search feature. I guarantee, as there is a thread about this very error EVERY day, there will be HUNDREDS of responses for this! I really think Trues should put the search feature link in size 100 font, because NOBODY wants to use it!
samoggi
Sorry I can't find anyone with this error. Google just brings me to the Download page. I already did that. It's called Google. Exactly -- it's a missing component -- you download it! The search button gives you nothing??? TABCTL32.OCX entered into the forum's search feature: http://mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Forums&a...mp;mode=results Brings up 64 matches. But anyways: This is the FIRST thing that is brought up by Google when I enter in that component name: A download page! Here's the download: http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/images/lib/TABCTL32.OCX Save Taget as to regsvr32 windowssystem32 You'll be all good once you install that. CaptainSpooge
Actually, downloading and running this makes it alot easier than trying to figure where on your system to put that .OCX file you linked to : http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/libraryfiles.exe
