Slider brain fart.

I'm sorry this post will make me sound very much retarded, but when changing values on the sliders I've totally confused myself. I'm a veteran of the game but have worked myself into a circle.

Does the "+" side mean its easier and more likely to happen and the "-" mean that its is more difficlult?

My main problem is when I'm changing them for the USER then I'll go to start switching for the CPU and can't figure out if I'm making it easier or harder for them....UGH!

It varies from setting to setting.

There was a thread a long while back listing these, so you'll have to search for it.

mastasports is right...it depends on the slider, and some of them are apparently backwards.

For example:

USER Pitch Meter Difficulty: + makes it easier to hit the accuracy zone, - makes it harder...which is backwards if you ask me. + should mean that you are increasing the difficulty...oh well.

For Contact and power, + raises both you'll get better/more contact, and increased power.

Anyways, there is a slider tutorial here somewhere, and if you want a really detailed explanation checkout THIS PAGE
