cybernetic
OK I looked at his bio and it said he went to high school in Calgary "Married to wife Janelle...They have two daughters, Kylie and Emily...Graduated from Calgary Christian High School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where he earned three varsity letters in basketball... Pitched on the Canadian Junior National Team...In the Calgary Babe Ruth League went 6-0 with two nohitters in seven games...In the off-season works with the mentally and physically handicapped...Last name pronounced REETS-muh." So it would appear he's a Canadian who was born in the states

cybernetic
Just SP prospect Vince Perkins is Canadian too.. He's on the 40 man roster and is in AA this year.. his numbers in AA this year are good: 3-2, 3.04 ERA, 22BB, 41K in 10 starts Plus he's a lefty so that gives him another edge.
