Gudraves Posted June 5, 2005 Share Posted June 5, 2005 I was playing a game in my Owner mode and had Randy Johnson pitching, had some work I had to get done so I figured I would let the CPU play the rest of the game and just watch, nothing no TV(big surprise). Anyway, I had only given up 1 hit in 6 innings and was winning 3-0 so I figured nothing major could go wrong and boy was I wrong. Next 6 batters all got hits, including the number 9 hitter blasting one off the upper deck to put them up 6-3 but then struck out the next two batters so I let it go. Bottom half of the inning Ichiro draws a walk then steals 2nd which prompts the CPU to walk the next batter, then after a double steal(first time Ive ever seen it happen) they walk Beltre to load the bases and my clean-up hitter blasts a grandslam. Next batter Griffey Jr then blasts a solo shot to make it 8-6 and they hold on for the win.
