Ok great but i can't seem to install it. When i try it says "old file not found" so it won't update cause file contents do not match.

You have to restore the orginal files from CD 2, in the compressed.zip file; take the database folder and paste it into your MVP Baseball 2005/data folder.

You mean copy the data folder from CD2 and paste it into MVP 2005 database?. There's 2 child folders for database, so which database do i copy it to. And CD2 data folder only has child folders of audio, stadiums and igshapes.

Now again, by copying and pasting these original files onto my MVP 2005 onto my computer this won't mess around with my dynesty or created players and stuff..or change anything?

I'm confused. Where do I find the compressed.zip file? What do I do?

compressed.zip is on CD1.

Copy and paste it to your desktop, when that is done, right click it and select "Extract". You will then have a folder called /data on your desktop (or a folder called compressed with /data inside it) that contains the stock files for MVP 2005. Go into that folder and find /database, copy and paste that entire folder into your MVP Baseball 2005/data folder allowing it to overwrite the existing one.

Your existing season saves will not be effected by this, only the default rosters (the ones that your brand new seasons would start from). If you made changes to that (ie. total minors or whatever) and you want to keep those changes, simply back up the /database folder before you start this process. I'd suggest simply right clicking the folder, and selecting "Rename", change it to /databasebackup or whatever. Then you can do the above proceedure putting the stock /database folder back in. Apply the patch, then delete the new /database folder, and rename your /databasebackup back to /database.
