MVPEdit Install Problem

The program says that it has installed correctly, but when I try to run it I get the following pop-up error:

Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Has anyone else encountered this or know of a solution?

I did use the search feature, and after reading through three or four "MVPEdit Error" threads and not finding my specific error, I posted my own. It's one thing to be a forum hound, but I did post this in the support forum so there shouldn't be any problem.

Thanks for the links. I appreciate them.

My point is, it's not necessary for that to be the first thing you reply with. I'm sorry if it bugs you that much, but no one is forcing you to read or respond to every thread. Just asking for a little more of a warm welcome and a little less attitude, that's all.

Again, thanks for the links. Got it installed correctly and up and running. Now just to figure out how to use it.

Where is the attitude? He asked you to search before posting (quite correctly, I must add), and although you say you did, you said you only checked 3 or 4 results. Maybe if you had checked another 1, 2 or 3, then you would have found a solution to the problem all by yourself and would have also saved yourself some time.

There is also a readme.htm file in the install directory which should give you a good start on using the program. Good luck.
