The first time you load rosters: File - Import - DAT Files Point it to the location of the rosters you want to mess with. Then it'll ask you to save a *.MBE file. After the first time you'll just load the *.MBE file anytime you want to make changes. Also, in order to get your updates to effect the game, you need to: File - Export - DAT Files And, make sure they are in the EA/MVP/Data directory.
