MauerPower
I must be a magnet for video card issues, but I have one more I would appreciate some help on. Ever since I moved to my new 9800 AIW card, there is a slight buzzing in my speakers whenever graphics from a game or video are being displayed. There isn't any when I am running Word or other apps, only when graphics are involved. These are my specs- P4 2.4 GHz 512 Mb RAM ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder 9800 Pro (with new Catalyst 5.4 drivers) Audigy LS Klipsch Promedia 4.2 setup Thanks for any help... eber
It might be interference caused from your monitor's refresh rates over your speaker system. I know I get some weird interference over my AM radio when my monitor refresh rate is 60 Hz. Try changing your refresh rate and see what happens. I had a similar (maybe) problem before with my Audigy soundcard where I could hear a buzz when my hard disk was being accessed--maybe try updating your soundcard drivers too.
