hello
i was throwing a no-hiter with walkefield with 2 outs in the 8inning and pete bergeron double to left field..... I dont like pitching with wakefield, cause when you pitch, you kinda throw the knuckle up there and hope it doesnt get hit. Theres no strategy or anything. BountyHunter
I almost threw another perfect game w/ Jered Weaver in Triple A, when someone hit a single at 9th :x , then folloewd by double play, and another 3B hit... ...The only reason I would play minor league is when there is a competitive matchup. In this case, Jered Weaver vs Philip Hughes. ------------------------------------ PLAYER NAME IP H R ER BB SO HR ERA J. Weaver (W, 2-0) 9.0 2 0 0 0 14 0 2.57 ---------------------------------------------------------------- P. Hughes (L, 4-7) 6.1 10 5 5 0 3 2 3.07 J. ImBobbo
I just finished my first no-hitter with the Rocket. I don't know what surprises me more; pitching a no hitter or having Roger Clemens pitch a complete game at age 44.

Anomalied
I just threw a perfect game with Oliver Perez against the Astros in Spring Training... I just signed him as a free agent in my Cubs dynasty. Almost lost it in the 9th, though. I had Bagwell at a 3-0 count, but got him to fly out... abc006
I pitched a perfect game with Randy Wolf. It was weird, The game was tied at 0-0, until the bottome of the ninth, I really wanted him to get a perfect game, so I just made sure Chase Utley got a HR with 2 outs. BountyHunter
I came close to one perfect game in 1A, w/ a rookie I drafted. The reason this time is because of the rookie's name, Eddie Guerrero, the same as someone I respect... So I used him to play the first game of the season, and he held the no-no til 9th, when someone hit a single out...(that time i was pissed...) but still I got a 1-hit ballgame, and won 2-0. Something funny is, the pitch count by opponent pitcher(also a rookie) was lower than my pitch count, as he also went 9 innings, giving up only 2 earned runs, and all 2 come from a solo from the same player (yet another rookie...) Hayman19
Ive never got a perfect game but ive thrown a few 2 hitters(never a no hitter). But sometimes with a pitcher i make it to the 6th or 7th without realizing that i have a perfect game going, then i check the box score for some reason and as soon as i think, wow ive go a perfect game going, EVERYTIME the very next pitch gets hit and the batter ends up with a basehit. Like if i even so much as think of it i always end up screwing it up. Its funny cuz ive had this happen to me multiple times, i guess i try to hard after i realize it to try and preserve it, that i make a mistake. Or the games out to get me... mvp23
I pitched a perfect game with Lenny DiNardo from the Boston redsox against Baltimore Orioles. I thrown a bunch of curves and changeups. Moat of the 27 outs were groundouts. I had like 7 K`s. This was a while ago so I do not remeber how many K`s. I did not even realize that I had perfect game going untill the 9th inning. Rzarector
In the first season of my Dynasty with the Yankees(using UR 6.4)I pitched a perfect game with every one of my starters and Chacon had two. Both of his were against the Red Sox, Wang tossed one against the Cards, Pavano had one against the Pirates and right now I can't remember who Mussina got his against. Going into his last start of the season Randy Johnson was in the lead for AL MVP and the CY Young and he was my only starter that had not had a perfect game. Somehow I actually managed this feat with Johnson in his very last start and it was against the Red Sox. Johnson also finished the year with 311 strikeouts. This was done on the All-Star level so ever since then I've been playing exhibitions on MVP just to see how I could do. I just started my first season ever on MVP with the Mets yesterday. I won the game 4-3 and Pedro recorded 10 strikeouts but it was far from a no no. Lol Pedro also hit a solo HR to tie the game after the Reds took an early 1-0 lead on me. abc006
How did you do that? Is there a cheat for a HR swing that I'm not aware of?No, you just put both controllers to user, and make the guy pitch a fat one down the middle of the plate. Then with your other hand, you try desperately to get a fly ball swing at the right time. This probably would be alot harder if you didn't haave a keyboard like me. BountyHunter
I started another regular dynasty w/ the Colorado Rockies, since my comp crashed and I lost my Seattle Dynasty T.T... 1. W/ Chien-Ming Wang (Traded him from the Yankees), against the Phillies. I pitched a perfect game until the 9th, 1 out, and Nunez hit a single...and next batter, PH, hit into a double play... So technically still 27 up, 27 down...(can u call that perfect? lol...) BOXSCORE GM14 2. Another start by Chien-Ming Wang (In fact, it is the start after the one above), this time against Florida Marlins, when he FINALLY got the perfect game...Waited for a long time for another perfect game... dragoon84
I have pitched two perfect games, both with Doug Davis of all people. Cutter in, cutter out, curveball down. Curveball down, cutter in, curveball down. Over and over again for 27 outs.
pdub
I had a perfecto going into the ninth with Brad Penny. On the second pitch of the first at bat, I missed the perfect meter on a fastball I was trying to throw out of the zone and the pitch went nearly over the middle of the plate and got smacked for a hit. Then I got mad and started throwing nothing but 100 MPH heaters. I got the next guy out but the guy after him hit a 2 run jack. I gave up another hit and had to bring in Gagne and he finished it off. It was against out rivals, too. Damn digital Giants.
turma
Just had the weirdest start of a dynasty ever, with the Mets. In the first game I had my second ever perfect game, my first MLB one with Tom Glavine. It was an easy game since he struck out only 6 hitters. I used mainly his 4fb, cutter and circle change to save stamina. In the second game I missed the perfect point in the pitch meter with Pedro Martinez, nailed the hitter with a 92mph cutter. The hitter charged them mound and they both got injured. The next two pitches by Zambrano got hit out of the park. Now at that point I had thrown 4 pitches in the game and it already was 3-0, Martinez was injured. Didn't win it either.
