Vinestal*
Its because none were set at correct velocity settings. You can change them in MVP edit. Just set it to 99 or 100 and you'll see the proper radar readings. I had to change Kyle Farnsworth, he routinely hits 100.
RsCamaro8
I've seen it... you have to adjust some pitchers that are capable (ie Randy Johnson, Bartolo Colon, etc.) and set their fasball velocity at about 99 to reach 100 or even 101 mph... if you set it at 100, then they will top out at about 102mph
MarlinsFan
my created player tops 101 mph fastball, but the fastest i've seen from CPU was just 97mph
five
just 97mph Pity him, damn I wish I could throw just 97mph, must be tough.
scoughlin
I can usually throw about 95-97 with Colon but I think I remember seeing one of the old time pitchers throwing 102.

When you press the botton to pitch(Ex. fastball) hold the key until it reaches the red area, let go, and press again when its on the green it will be at pitcher's max. dnowitzki
actually is u want realism, go to game tuning and play on pitch speed 50 now many of the people who hit 100 (billy wagner, farnsworth, eric gagne) will

In the game, I can get them to pitch that fast, I was referring to real life.
TinCup4
Matt Anderson does it without tuning.
