Fix Fielding Bugs

There's gotta be some way to fix the infielders going so far back and making "amazing" plays almost 3 times a game. also, someone try to fix the number of hard line drives that pitchers almost always catch per game. finally, there needs to be less outfielders catching balls that are seemingly impossible to catch (especially when foul).

The only slider I can think of that would solve that problem is the CPU Fielding Errors slider.

I put the CPU outfield speed -15 and then I started getting real gap shots and off the wall hits. also stopped most of the foul ball catches. Fielding errors and catch effort works also. The 1st baseman will miss that pop foul once or twice.

i have fielding errors, speed, and effort in the negatives, but it's hard to find the balance between them missing tough catches and just letting a grounder by between their legs.

There's some datafiles that claim to fix this but they also tend to make it very hard to pitch and hit.. which makes them (for me anyone) unusuable

just to make things clearer, i'm using jim's combo (strikeout/walk "fix") datafile with my custom sliders.
