KerryW
Is the GFXPAK file in the folder from which you are installing the mod? Make sure that it's in there.
choppinnecks
I'm having the same problem now. What if the original zip file doesn't come with a gfxpak? Like the Millar and Bonds files. Thanks for any help.
big shmooz
metal57, choppinnecks, I think this may have to do with you having more than 2,999 files in your models.big file. You need to install the files manually using eagraph.exe & then biggui to compress them.
spitoon
You should be able to find gfxpak in a number of places... -I know it's included with many mods here (some guys started leaving it out because they assumed that everyone would already have it). - Failing that, "Google it". choppinnecks
Hmm.. I delete the gfxpak every time I install a new face. I thought it was cyberface specific. What if you have the gfxpak and the face you are trying to install comes with the gfxpak. Can you overwrite it?

The problem is that I don't think I have that many files in models.big. Put it this way I have the Ultimate Rosters and I can't even get four faces to install correctly. I think I'm actually off that mark by a few hundred.
