I've done it! My starter has thrown 100 pitches

I finally threw 100 pitches with a starter, this time Roy Halladay in my dynasty. He went nine innings, allowing 2 runs on 11 hits and striking out 10 on the night with no walks. By the end of the 9th he was down to 3% stamina and I pulled him to start the 10th after that screenshot.

Nice work. Heh, wish i could get 9 innings and 100 pitches. My pitchers get 100 by 7th inning most time. But, i am the Drays.

Since I pitch in the strikezone so much and set up so many K's I tend to get low pitch counts usually it's rare for me to get one this high

If you're consistantly getting low pitch counts in your games, it probably means you don't feel threatened by the oppositions hitting...granted, you are probably very good at pitching, but if you want realistic pitch counts, you need to up the cpu's hitting ability (or reduce your pitching ability), so you're a little more scared to be so aggresive.....I get very realistic pitch counts on both sides with average run totals.....I'm very good at making contact with the ball and I find that upping the foul ball frequency enables me to foul off maginal pitches, thus making the pitcher throw more pitches.....I think there are a lot things you can do to make you games more realistic...you have to play around a lot to match things up to your abilities.....though you will probably find the game has it limitations, I think you can get pretty close
