Adding my photo/audio to the game (Help?) And an idea!!!

Okay first of all, I was told to ask my question about adding my photo to the game here, so here I am to ask. Is there anyone out there who would like to explain to me how I would go about adding my picture so that the game doesn't crash when I click on my name in the game? Second part to this question, I would like to have my name (Billy Watson) added to the PA and PBP ... I think, from reading some other posts about audio editing, that this would be possible as my name would be easy to put together... i think. I would really appreciate it if someone wanted to explain to me how to do this for myself, instead of simply doing it and sending me the files.... But if that is just easier for you, well, as long as I get it done somehow .... But I like to learn things so I can do it myself! It's more fun that way!

Now, on to my idea for a mod in which I don't think I could learn to do myself, but any of the modders on this forum are welcome to take and develope my idea if it is possible.

Any time I sim in Dynasty or Owner mode, it barely EVER uses bench players or much of the bullpen. Like, only one pitcher mainly. This really annoys me so I'm curious, I don't think I've ever seen a mod to fix this but... I would be very interested in downloading one if it was made! Yes, it is a lot more fun to play the game itself, but I would just like it if I could sim a game and not worry about my players becoming unhappy about their playing time.
