Is there any way to sub your pitchers in the game while your team is at bat, especially your closers instead of when your on the field.

Not unless you use a double switch.

And that is only in the NL.

If you go to the warm-up pitchers screen, and hit "back" it goes to the menu with pitching change and defensive substitution.

You can only have one pitcher warming up.

Yes, there is a way you can warm up your bullpen while at bat. EA didn't make it very clear. I think the option to choose is "Batter Substitution" or "Player Substitution"....or something to that effect, you will see an option to "Warm Up Pitchers" on the bottom. You will see your pitcher selection/warm up screen just like you'd do if you were in the field. Most of the time your pitcher will be ready to go by the end of the inning.

Hope it helps. I scratched my head about this until I figured it out. EA could have been a little more clear about it.

no it's the batter/pitcher button. the top most when you go to roster options while at-bat
