wickethewok Posted July 6, 2005 Share Posted July 6, 2005 Somebody has probably posted this before, but one thing that always gets my pissed off is when you hit a gapper or ball off the outfield wall, an outfielder jumps and misses it (after it hits the wall/ground) or slightly flubs the ball (once again, after it has the wall/ground). The computer then rules it an error. So, instead of getting a triple, or at least a double with a one base error, the play is instead ruled a three-base error. Just annoyed cuz this always seems to happen to my players who don't put up the stats i want them to. Unfortunately the only solution is to turn errors off. I get especially annoyed when I get inside the park home runs (had one or two with the Reds in that spacious right/center field) and they were scored at most a single, and more often a no RBI 3-base error. JoltinJoeCarter Posted July 6, 2005 Share Posted July 6, 2005 i hate the errors too, any line shot that i hit that was unable to be caught was ruled an error wtf. so i turned it off, but now, and time time i hit a triple is runner RUNNER 3RD OUT. WTF does that mean?? its not ruled a hit, even if its a clean triple.
