ChrisS
As far as I know, this has never been done. Cubs v.s Reds. Bottom Nine, 0-0 tie, 1 away. Kerry Wood comes to the plate. Kerry has pitched a gem. 13 K's and still had 71% left. I figured I would leave him in since I had exausted my bullpe the previous game. 3-0 count and the curveball is left outside corner. Foul to Right. Next Pitch: Fastball Inside and believe it or not, Kerry turned on it. Homerun to Left Field for the Walk-off THRILLER !
pfunk880
What do you have your pitcher fatigue slider at? And what was the pitch count for Wood?
five
Yeah 71% in the 9th, I am usually at that point in the 3rd.
krawhitham
Yeah 71% in the 9th, I am usually at that point in the 3rd. I finish games at about 35-40% 13 K = at least 39 pitches the other 14 out all coming with only one pitch your are looking at a 53 pitch count but for some reason I do not think he is that good
