phillipw2364
Is there a way to change the walkup music? I have the walkup ditty tracks, but do not know what to do with it. Also, in the utilities section there was a program called wumchan that supposes changes walkup music, but I can not get it to work.

JoltinJoeCarter
i just used ditty imported to convert my adio clips to asf then i usewd wumchan to put them into my game, but the problem is that the message told me that the file is too big, but the clips are all the suggested length (form the readme, 6 to 8 seconds). the clips get cut at around 4 seconds and makes a "crack" sound (which its supposed to if th efile to big), which sucks! plz tell me how to make the clips longer, please help me out? im using jimdawgs mod, but alot of them are too short, and i wanna add some of my own songs

pdub
What was the source of the recording? With a wave editor you can increase the volume, but recording from a mic is going to suck. You should record from an input line that can connect from your sound card to the source.

UncleMo
This is what you should be looking at, not seconds but the file size. Right click on the file you are trying to import and look at the properties. See where it say size: and then the number of bytes? Not where it says "Size on Disk:" but where it says "size:" Now, if you are importing using asf importer exporter, look at the size you are trying to overwrite. Make sure your size is equal to that. If you are imoprting using WUMCHAN, make sure yours is equal to that (or a tiny bit less is what I'll be trying tonight to see if I can avoid the popping sound that comes on sometimes. biker_jim_uk
read the FAQ thread it explains how to make files using sx but if you convert with these options it is much smaller sx -ps2stream -.afs xxxxa.wav xxxxc.wav xxxxd.wav -mt_blk and if the file is too small you can add 00s to the end using hex editors
