1B pulled off the bag...

I was playing against the white sox and was helped to victory when the CPU had 4 errors in the first 3 innings on routine plays where the 1st baseman was pulled off the bag. 3 errors were charged to Iguchi, 1 to Uribe.

Has anyone else had problems with this happening excessively?

On the throwing meter, dont go into the red zone. That is what can cause errant throws. Most of the time I go about half way on the meter and that gives me a strong accurate throw.

Yeah I almost never go into the red zone unless I have to rush the throw. You also have to be aware of who is running, if it's a big guy like a Giambi or an Ortiz, you have all the time in the world, but with guys like Crawford and Ichiro, that's when you go into the red zone.

I hate when this happens in a jam late in the game, when I need that ground ball and I get it but he gets pulled off. Or the 1B drops the ball for no reason, that one ticks me off good.

A great one is when you have a man on first and you hit what you think is an infield single but the SS fields the ball and throws it to first pulling the first baseman off of the bag and the ump calls you out. So instead of first and second with no outs you have a man on second with one out. That always heats me up, usually to the point where my manager gets ejected.

Yes that one sucks alot. I know exactly what you'e talking about too. The SS gets it and does one of those "Jeter" throws as he's falling away from the infield.
